TENANT IMPROVEMENT
LANDSCAPE, FACADE + RESTROOMS
Architecture goes beyond facades and interiors—it’s about thoughtful integration with the environment and the people who use the space. With this in mind, we were entrusted with designing the landscape and facade for the First Church of Christ. The project sought to revitalize the church’s presence and strengthen its role as a communal gathering place.

Our design honored the existing Spanish architectural style while introducing contemporary elements to create a refined “Spanish Modern” aesthetic. At its heart, we created a welcoming courtyard, intentionally crafted as a communal hub where the congregation could gather before and after services. This project reflects our dedication to designing spaces that are not only visually striking but also foster connection, interaction, and a sense of community.
