HerRise

Founded a non-profit organization that helps empower and prepare women in shelters to reenter the workforce. Through our thoughtful partnerships and acquired donations we provide them with haircuts, make up + makeup tutorials and 5 professional outfits, free of charge, so they can feel confident during their prospective job interviews.

College Mentor Program for Women + Minorities

Developed a mentor program for women and minorities enrolled in predominantly male dominated and/or underrepresented college programs, like ACE (Architecture, Construction Engineering). We provide guidance with issues they face in their chosen profession, recommend additional certifications/education to prepare them for leadership roles in their industry, assist them through the resume building and job application process.
